The bar is the most restrained cut we make. Nothinwith the metal — it simply gives the Widmanstätten pattern its longest continuous run.
Worn under a shirt or over it, The Ridge reads as a plain line until the light catches the crystal bands. Then it reads as what it is: a piece of an asteroid core, cut to be kept.
A horizon is only a line — but it is the line that keeps you level.
The pattern
Written in the metal, not in the stars.
The geometric lines on the surface are the Widmanstätten pattern — interlocking bands of kamacite and taenite that form only as an asteroid core cools at roughly 10–40 °C per million years. It cannot be reproduced industrially. Because the structure runs through the whole metal, no two cuts are the same.
