Every Movalor piece is cut from natural Aletai meteorite, so no two are exactly alike. We want you to feel confident in your purchase — here is how we handle returns and any issues.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your piece arrives damaged, with a genuine manufacturing defect, or is not the item you ordered, we will make it right. Email us at hello@movalor.com within 14 days of delivery with a few photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
What we do not cover
Because each piece is unique, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or based on the natural pattern, tone, or surface texture of the meteorite. These natural variations are the proof of authenticity, not defects, and your piece will differ from the product photos.
Care and oxidation
Meteorite contains iron and needs a little care. Rust or oxidation caused by contact with water, sweat, or chemicals is part of normal wear, not a manufacturing defect, and is not covered. See our Materials & Care guide to keep your piece at its best.
